OnSite Rail is pleased to welcome a new in-house design team to the business. The team, based in Central London, initially consists of Andy McQueen, Head of Professional Services and Paul Burgess, CAD Manager and will grow in the coming weeks.
Andy and Paul have significant knowledge and experience of working in the light and heavy sectors of the rail industry for clients such as Network Rail and Transport for London. With over thirty years’ experience, Andy has completed numerous design and project management roles including the design of pumped and gravity drainage and Principal Inspection and Assessment of various structural types. Paul is highly skilled in the use of Bentley MicroStation CAD and AutoCAD software. His project experience includes design drawings for track and off-track drainage replacement and remedial works at various locations in Southeast England.
Operating nationally, the team can help with:
- Initial project scoping and development
- Surveys – topographic, GPR/buried services, geotechnical etc.
- Various assured design GRIP stages
- Providing AFC and as-built drawings on completion
