OnSite are able to offer assistance when our Customers are notified of Leaks on their supply pipework as this can often be mis-understood and lead to difficulties in both organising a repair or pursuing an Insurance claim on your house insurance policy.

Often on joint water supplies the agreements of neighbours are needed to share the costs dependant on where the leak is located and this can be complicated. OnSite will work closely with the Customer to give advice and support in progressing the repair works either on an individual or joint supply basis.

OnSites Clean Water team will assist in dealing with all the issues and manage the whole process for you as we have close associations with most of the UK water companies and fully understand their requirements and regulated leakage obligations.

OnSite also has a commercial relationship with a professional Claims Management company that will provide support on any Insurance claim to enable a stress free solution.

Most leakage surveys are carried out free of charge to enable an assessment of the problem and to provide the Customer with repair or relay options prior to a written quotation being sent.

On acceptance the Onsite team will agree an appointment for the repair with the Customer and our highly trained teams will take care of all pipework and reinstatements to surface ensuring Customer satisfaction at all times.

OnSite has a commitment to offering the most economically advantageous solution to our Customers and uses modern equipment during both detection and repair activities to minimise time on site and keep costs under control.
