Seven young people in the West Midlands are celebrating successfully completing their water sector apprenticeships with OnSite Pipelines

We are delighted to join our seven apprentices in celebrating the successful completion of their 18-month NCO water operative apprenticeships at OnSite Pipelines.

Anton Grant, Cameron Maxwell, Deme Webb, Greg Hart, Lewis Dowen, Lewis Smart and Regan Southam have all successfully completed their final end point assessments and will be starting new permanent roles with us as either main laying or clean water operatives.

Mick Clark, General Support Manager at OnSite Pipelines, who leads the apprenticeship programme said:

“All of our apprentices have been really dedicated to their learning and have made the most of the opportunities and hands-on learning available to them through the programme. It has been a pleasure to watch them grow and develop and we are delighted that they have all chosen to accept permanent roles with us. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for them and I wish them all the best as they embark on their new careers.”

“Our apprenticeship programme is really important to us. It helps us to bring new talent into our business and the wider water sector, providing immersive and hands-on learning to set local young people up with the key skills and knowledge needed to kick start a career in clean water networks.”

Whilst our class of 2023 is ready to embark on their new careers with us, we are now already on the lookout for our next cohort of future apprentices to join our next apprenticeship programme in September 2023.
