The rail drainage specialist forms part of the team undertaking works at Swindon.

OnSite Rail Services, a UK leading specialist national rail sector contractor, has been busy in recent weeks supporting its client Network Rail with important track drainage asset renewal works at Roman Road on the Great Western Mainline.

The OnSite team was on hand to support with and undertake topographic surveys, prepare engineering drawings and carry out a range of additional services including pipe laying, excavation, CCTV surveys and jetting.

Mark Howells, senior asset engineer at Network Rail commented:

“I would like to thank all those at OnSite Rail Services who were involved in the recent 6ft track drainage renewal at Roman Road, near Swindon. I have witnessed for myself the teamwork, determination and professionalism demonstrated by your experienced and knowledgeable teams.
